Cedar Hill Resort is a lakeshore residential subdivision in Sylvan Lake. The land slopes down toward the lake offering walkout lots and view of the both the lake and mountains. The freshwater lake covers 42.8 square kilometers, and is the most popular destinations in Alberta. The lake and surrounding areas offer a vast range of outdoor activities in the summer including swimming, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, golf, jet skiing and boating. During the winter when the lake freezes over, activities such as skating, skidooing, ice fishing and cross country skiing are available. THE CABINS

Cedar Hill Resort is a green built lakeshore residential subdivision of single family detached cottage homes ranging in size from 1300 to 2100 sq ft with double and triple garages on 3/4 acre lots. There are sixteen different floor plans to select from to place on anyone of the 250 half acre lots spread over 315 +/- acres. Up to 70 recreational property owners can join the cottage rental program.
